The room is nice and clean too, not soundproof, you can still hear it from the room next door. Next time I go to Solo, I will stay here again, it's close to everything.

The hotel management/staff is very kind and honest and very helpful. I left my Samsung Airbuds in the room when I checked out. The management/staff contacted me and kept it until our son picked it up a few days later. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the management/staff. Hopefully Grand Orchid Hotel Solo will be more successful and advance and develop.

We chose this hotel because our family were staying in the Novotel next door. Grand Orchid was 3 times the normal price but it was the Idul Fitri holiday so we were lucky to still get a room. We didn't expect breakfast to be good but it was terrible so better to go across the road and have breakfast at Alamama which was worth the extra cost. The hotel location was good for us close to a reflexology place and a few good restaurants. We won't book here again and will look for a guest house next time as the Novotel was also disappointing for our family. On the positive side, it was clean and staff were friendly.

only stayed here once, took the deluxe type 300k, quite spacious and got a sofa, the view of the 8th floor is really good... the water heater for bathing is great, no problems, but unfortunately the shower flows too fast and is too big. the bathroom is not provided with tissue, and the bathroom mat is not good, after calling, it was delivered. the unpleasant experience was: suddenly there was a flying cockroach... through the air exhaust, I chased it until I caught it and beat it with hotel slippers, then I shook it out of the room... eh.. it went into the front room instead.. wkwkwk.. really bad cockroach... the rest, the room is spacious, affordable price, friendly service, check in/out is also fast. for management, please pay more attention to the room cleanliness section, because yesterday after the room was cleaned, there was no toilet tissue, and no bathroom mat. thank you

A hotel that is close to surrounding activities, especially when I came on the weekend, there was a spillover market with a complete Solo atmosphere.

Good location in the middle of the city, the downside is the lack of parking space, only enough for 6 vehicles. The breakfast menu is so-so. The coffee served is not thick enough, like in the photo, the coffee is clear. TV Channels are okay, using Indovision. The bathroom and bed are neat and clean. For the price of 1 million, the downside is the lack of parking space, breakfast is not varied enough, the coffee is not thick enough and there are not many choices of TV channels The staff service is friendly and sociable

Arrived at 2:30 and only got a room at 5 pm. Had to complain 3 times, got angry 2 times. The manager said he was on leave, no one could take responsibility. It's not clear that this is a hotel for check-in.

The staff is friendly, the room and cleanliness are OK, the towels look less clean and white. For the deluxe type, the floor is wavy, the floorboards look like they are about to come off. Overall it's OK.

All in all it's ok, the room is spacious, the location is in the city center, it's comfortable, just a little correction, the towels smelled a bit on the first day, but the next day they smelled good, I'll definitely stay here again on vacation to Solo 👍👍👍👍

The response was slow, I called several times but no one answered even though I was really hungry.

Linen looks worn out, mold in the bathroom, FO staff, restaurant staff and even parking are friendly. Breakfast is delicious and varied especially when it's still hot. Check in & check out is fast.

The location was very handy for me. The front desk officers needs to work on their Engglish language because there wont be just local guests. Overall it is to bridge during my stay in Solo and theres still a possibility I will visit the premisses again the next time
