Complete hotel facilities in the middle of the city, there is a swimming pool, delicious breakfast, good service

Nice and comfortable. I was a bit skeptical when I first saw the hotel. Overall, it's comfortable and recommended, especially since it's close to the souvenir center in Batam. Always successful.

I had a short trip to Batam last week and stay at The Hills Hotel. We are arrived at the hotel around 1 PM and can made early check in (without any charge!). The check in-out process was very quick and simple. I didn't have any expectation about the hotel ever since it's only 3 stars (cmiiw) and an old hotel. From the pics provided by the hotel, it looks okay. But turned out it was beyond amazing! I got non smoking room & it doesn't have bad smell at all! The bathroom was clean and the bedroom also very clean and tidy. The water heater working very well both for the shower & the wastafel. There's also a hair dryer attached in the bathroom. Plus, the AC was super cold! hahaha even a 4stars hotel sometimes doesn't have this point :') The hotel location was very strategic, there's a cafe connected with the lobby (Spice Cafe) and Warkop Agam right next to them. The cafe turned out had good coffee and tasty meals, with affordable price of course. In front of the hotel there is Nagoya Hill, that could easily access by walk. Also Harbour Bay only 3KM away from the hotel. Every floor have a bit different design from what I saw. The hotel also have smoking room hehe The only thing I missed was the view from my room, it was only the building behind the hotel not the highway/Nagoya Hill. But that's absolutely fine! :) It was my first time visited Batam and I had a good memories while staying at The Hills Batam. Will come back to The Hills again if I come to visit Batam and recommend it to everyone! 🫶🏻

The hotel is located in a strategic location and the room is nice. Although the surroundings are not that convenient. The cafe downstairs are too crowded and the motorcycles are loud. The toilet is also smelly.

The place is nice, easy to access, close to many facilities. When I had breakfast, the menu variety was lacking. Omelette was on holiday so only dung and sausages were available.

I stayed one night at this hotel for transit only, I mostly liked the interior and facilities that have been renovated because I know this is an old hotel. The staff is friendly and responsive. The location is also right in the middle of the city, across from the Nagoya Hill shopping center, it's easy to find food around there are lots of cafes too. However, a little input: It really needs to improve the cleanliness to the details on the floor and corners of the rooms and bathrooms, for the whole hotel is comfortable. At that time I found a problem with cleanliness in the room and bathroom, but the hotel was responsive and willing to exchange my room.

Very nice close to Nagoya Hill Mall

The hotel staff are very friendly people and helpful, it 's a class hotel with a lot fooderies around the corner. The coffee house in the hotel is another classic place to hang around and also a meeting point the food is nice.
