Comfortable and affordable. Overall, I am very satisfied. Especially Benteng Restaurant. The menu is extensive, cheap and tastes good.

strategic location, friendly hotel staff, close to the legend family fort restaurant, fort de kock fort then cross to the kinantan zoo. clean rooms, classic building interior, balcony view to the mountain, overall recommended.

Although the hotel is old, it is clean. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms. Although there is no AC, it is very cold. Very close to the clock tower, the location is right next to the zoo.

The location is not too far from the clock tower, only there is no food seller near the hotel...

for 600 it's okay, but the room is noisy because it's on the floor, there's no coffee, tea and hot water. when we went to check out the staff were a bit unfriendly

check in & check out fast .. staff service is friendly and quick when guests have needs ... family room without air conditioning is already cold because the weather in Bukit Tinggi is cold .. we stayed 2 nights there was room service ... recommended when on holiday in Bukit Tinggi .. the price is really worth it .. pocket friendly, maximum service

Good service. Hotel staff is also friendly. But the water heater is not working 🙂‍↕️ also there is no water heater thermos ☹️

Very homey and comfortable, close to tourist attractions and the view of the Clock Tower can be seen from here, highly recommended for family and couple holidays.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when the children's room was flooded because they were playing in the water and they immediately cleaned it up.

Disadvantages: 1. The room is not soundproof, the sound of people chatting outside the room can be felt entering the room. 2. The hotel looks old or outdated, both the exterior and interior of the hotel. Advantages: 1. Friendly staff, 2. Luckily got a room that didn't require going up or down stairs, so it was friendly for us who brought toddlers. 3. For the price of 260k, we got a very spacious room. 4. The bedroom and bathroom were clean & fragrant. 5. The wifi is fast. 6. Access to the fort & zoo is very close, just walk, great if you bring children to the zoo. 7. Comfortable and cool sleep even without AC. Recommended hotel, as a guest I felt more advantages than disadvantages

The hotel staff is friendly, I was hesitant when I saw people's reviews saying the hotel staff were unfriendly, but it turned out to be untrue. Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent. I will come here again next time I travel to Bukittinggi.

The point is the hotel is very good with the price of 270 thousand you can get a good hotel. God willing, next time I will stay here again. But KL can give a discount or the price can be lowered even more, it will be even better

With a fairly affordable price, the facilities are very good 👍.

Fun. The kids are happy. Close to the city center, and everything is the best.
