Friendly staff, delicious food, fragrant rooms, strategic location, really worth it 😊

The staff was very friendly, great facilities, beautiful views from the balcony, and great variety of breakfast menus. It was a great experience to have a short stay with my family.

The hotel staff, from the gardeners to the security guards, were all very friendly. The hotel atmosphere was comfortable and refreshing. Even though we only stayed one night, we felt very at home. We might come back again if we ever travel to Lembang. Thank you 🙏

Provide an elevator for visitors to the pool area, because it's really difficult with dozens of stairs. Place the shower in the closet on the right so you can clean yourself with your left hand. The rest is okay.

Stayed in a suite room with my family, and the extra bed made it quite comfortable. There's a jacuzzi so my kids and I could play. The room was very clean, the food was decent, and the pool was quite refreshing. I haven't tried the spa yet, but hopefully I can try it and come back again sometime. Dear SanGria, Plus: We are grateful for the friendly service for two nights. The very friendly and good spa service provides extra comfort for the family. Minus: Need improvement in handling insects that enter the room in the form of ants and small flies. And also, even though the car is washed every day, it turns out that the car is still surrounded by black ants.

Expensive for the facilities provided. Lacking, the employees are friendly and ok, but the facilities are lacking.

The place is nice, the natural atmosphere is there. suitable for a vacation, either for those who want to walk around Lembang because the location is close to the center of Lembang, or just for a staycation. The location is the best because it is close to Jl Kolonel Masturi, turn a little towards Lembang, you will arrive at the hotel. So for those from Padalarang or Cimahi, you don't need to feel the traffic jam of Jl Setiabudi Bandung during long holidays

Plus Points: - Staff Friendliness - Clean and spacious rooms - Suite rooms have jacuzzi facilities that function well + relaxing views - There are swimming pool facilities with a 'Bali theme' - Large parking lot and get a free car wash hehe Things to consider if you want to spend the night here: - No elevator, lots of stairs, maybe not recommended for the elderly Suggestions for improvement: Need additional mirrors in the suite rooms besides the mirrors in the bathroom.

Friendly staff, clean hotel overall good. Only the stairs to the pool are very many.

First time staying here... The room is quite spacious, clean, comfortable, the staff are all friendly. The breakfast has quite a lot of choices, my favorite is the delicious cake! the bathroom lights are a bit dim huhu, it's a bit tiring going to the pool because you have to go down a lot of stairs.

Thank God, I'm always happy when I stay overnight
