I stayed in room 207. The room was spacious, but the floor felt sticky. The Wi-Fi available in the room could not connect, and the TV also needed repair because the picture was not clear.

Great location, close to the beach and eateries. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hair dryer and iron are not available in the room, but will be delivered to the room if needed. Breakfast is also good, I stayed in room 407. In terms of price it is also cheap.

The hotel staff is very helpful, the room is spacious. Close to the beach & Massimo Gelato, all just a short walk away. 😃

The most racist hotel I’ve experienced. First, I stayed in 4th floor. No hot water and repeatedly staffs checking for hot water for 3days!! Finally they put me on 3rd floor with hot water. The technician harassed looked at my thighs whilst I sat repeatedly! On 3rd floor he came back because the wifi is on and of (I had to use next door WhatsApp) then, he asked my phone and checking at my phone twice left and right, which was unacceptable. (Perhaps was checking why local lady staying alone for a week?) then I took my phone back and showed the wifi area on my phone. Technicians repeatedly came to my room bc the hot water and wifi were not working! Would they treated me differently if I were white? So I didn’t have to wait for a normal wifi and hot water which were basically supposed to be in the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable and the location is strategic

Whole room is quite old. The room was not clean, bathroom was very sticky and smelled. Shower was broken and it failed over my head. Staff was very friendly

All about this hotel, I could say, is horrible. The water that we use for daily activities is salty. The room is hot; The towel for the family room is not there. The parking lot of the hotel is small, with only about 7 cars. For a 2-night stay experience with 2 kids, it is not a good experience. The door in our room during our stay period is broken. And there is no telephone that connect to front desk. The room for family suite is over price.

The water is small. And the hot water doesn't work. Too bad, this is a shortcoming. Other than that, it's ok.

Very spacious room, very comfortable. Clean bed. Only on the 4th floor you have to climb stairs again. But very close to walk to Sanur beach

The bed is very old and always makes noise with every movement, no matter how small. It is uncomfortable and you can't rest.

The room is super big and clean, the staff are friendly, the location is only a 7 minute walk to the beach, a very impressive journey.

This is my 4rd time stay in this hotel. Always love to come to this hotel again.

The staff is friendly, I just don't like the room I got, it was stuffy and dark even though it had air conditioning but no windows, when I first entered the room the floor was still wet from being mopped, and after a while because of the air conditioning the floor became damp, the water was salty, thankfully I got water to drink, but I still bought the water provided for ablution only

It was not planned to go to Sanur. So I didn't have high expectations for the hotel because I just booked it. Oh when I arrived at the location, it was very strategic, it was close to everywhere, there were many cafes and restaurants, there were also many places to buy souvenirs, if you wanted to go to the beach you could just walk, or you could rent a motorbike/bicycle. I booked a family room, it was super comfortable and clean, the AC was cold, I got a balcony that could see the streets of Sanur. The swimming pool was child-friendly. There was only 1 minus, the tap water was a bit salty.

The room is clean and fragrant, there is a spa too and the price is still affordable, the location is very strategic, will come here again on my next visit.

The bed was noisy, there was only leftover breakfast.

Broken bidet, broken shower (holder is broken, and water outflow is small), room's floor is not clean at all. Air con is not cold.

The water in the bathroom was blocked and the water tastes salty. There were a lot of mould in the bathroom. The room is old and need renovations. However they moved me to another room on the ground floor. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The refilling water is great! Excellent for the environment they provide water jug and water filler in each floor. Free car parking is available on the horel ground.

The location is according to what you are looking for, comfortable, not too busy, the staff is friendly, the bathroom door lock is broken.
