a little disappointed staying at Rocky Padang, I booked a room with the Executive King type, I imagined the room was wow, because the price was quite good, But beyond my expectations, star class 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 in the room The amenities were incomplete, cotton buds, hair combs, gel soap were not there, and one more thing the bath tub hole cover was not working properly, could not close the water, could not soak in the bath tub. I have stayed at all the 4 star hotels in Padang, Rocky is a bit lacking in amenities in the room, breakfast is sufficient, overall Good. hopefully in the future it will be improved again.

Overall I had a pleasant stay at Rocky Hotel. The room was comfortable and the breakfast had a nice variety. Just a bit of a downside: there was no staff at the swimming pool even after I called the reception ended up by me going to my room still with wet clothes, and it took quite a while for the dirty dishes in my room to be collected. I called the housekeeping to collect the dirty dishes and it took 3 time calls until they come to take actions. Reception? Impressive. I like the way they handled me. Hopefully service can be more responsive next time.

Hopefully in the future the hotel staff, especially the female receptionists, will be friendlier, like a 5-star hotel.
