Great. The hotel is comfortable and close to the station.

Suitable for transit, in front of the station.

The room is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and supportive, the location is right in front of Kebon Kawung station.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check in.

But the breakfast is not complete, there is no omelette, it used to be complete in many huts

It was a good place for a short stay. We booked for a night during transit when traveling out of Bandung from Jakarta. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food also was good. The room was comfortable for 3 of us.

strategic location is across from Bandung station. because our destination is Cicendo Hospital, this hotel is recommended, we can walk there in just 6 minutes. after going to Cicendo Hospital, we go back to the hotel to get our stuff and go straight to the train station. but please pay attention to the AC in room 610. it makes a loud noise, so it's noisy because of the AC sound.

We think you have to improve your cleanliness in your room corridor, because the carpet's smell was not good and when we opened the door the smell came into our room.

Breakfast lacks variety, please add a menu for children such as milk, cereal, and omelettes.

We were only given one access card while we had to go back and forth. The swimming pool closes at 4 while if we want to swim in the afternoon, the heat is unbearable. Breakfast from the first day of staying until the last day has the same menu.

There are small cockroaches in the room, there are several. The breakfast menu is the same, the menu has not changed for 2 nights 🤔 (The good job is the security lady who is very kind and helpful 👍)

Overall ok from the facilities, cleanliness and comfort of the room, the service staff in the lobby are very friendly and also very helpful, fast moving, only the pool guard staff lacks hospitality (not friendly but even snappy). Hopefully the SOP for all employees will be improved.

The hotel is very comfortable, maybe for the swimming pool time there is no time limit.

The hotel staff was never seen in the lobby. I don't know exactly whether there was security or not because I never saw it.
