It is a nice hotel to stay for a short vacation. The location is really prime, near the public transportation such as Transjakarta and KRL. The facilities are okay, it's just there is only one electrical outlet inside the room, making it not really convenient. Else, the room is quite spacious and comfortable.

clean room, clean bathroom, only the water tap is broken. for standard room type, there is no view outside the hotel. food is quite good. close to posbloc, istiqlal, cathedral, juanda station, pasar baru (closed during lebaran). the female receptionist is grumpy, maybe she is on her period and has to work during lebaran

The hotel staff were not friendly. When we first checked in, we were not informed about the additional child fee. On the second day, after paying for the room online, we were charged for additional fees and had to pay for an extra bed without prior notification. At breakfast time, the food maker was also not friendly when ordering food.

Staying here at a fairly valuable price, with good food service and room facilities.

Overall it's good, maybe a suggestion is to pay more attention to the mosquitoes in the room, sometimes they disturb your sleep, maybe you need to spray the room with mosquito repellent again.

Comfortable and Family Atmosphere

Staying here is comfortable, clean, safe, the staff are also friendly, the facilities are quite complete, I happened to ask for a room upstairs, and here there is a lobby area for chatting if there are guests, the facilities in the room also function well such as air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, there is already a cupboard and prayer mats plus a Quran are provided, basically I was happy to be able to stay here during my vacation yesterday with my family, check in can be done anytime as long as the room is ready 🥰 and no charge, this is the most special thing ❤️ next time I go on vacation

stayed one night, in the morning, either a crazy person or a drunk person shouted for quite a long time. I was afraid to leave the room, I was really confused about how they could shout for that long because it was impossible for the hotel's nerves to hear me because it was on the 2nd floor which was very close to the receptionist. I only stayed there once, even though the price was cheap but it was very uncomfortable.

The bathroom floor is slippery and the bathroom is narrow, a carpet mat could be added so it's not slippery. Then the lights in the hotel hallway and room are not bright enough. The plus is the location and the friendly staff, we had breakfast at the last hour but were still well served
