Good, the room is clean, especially the FO staff is very friendly, also the facilities are complete, will definitely come back again.

The location is strategic, close to the city, close to many food vendors, but sometimes it's too urban, the hotel condition is good, clean, the room is also very good, not that cramped but just right, sleep is very sound and the window view is nice, only the AC is a bit not cold enough, for the swimming pool facility is small, and maybe because the timing is on the weekend so there are a lot of kids swimming, so when you want to swim you have to wait for it to be quiet before you can swim. For the food, it's VERY DELICIOUS! The pastry is delicious, the cream puff is the best! But the waffle has a bit of an eggy smell, the orange juice is really good, but for the infused water, you can see blackened leaves still put in, my suggestion is to pay more attention, for the sausages etc. they are VERY DELICIOUS! My husband who works at a 5-star hotel in Jakarta even praised your breakfast menu, good job! The only minus is the pool which is always crowded with kids huhuhu

for the deluxe type room, there are a few less pillows, usually in other hotels you get 4 pillows, here you only get 2 pillows, everything else is ok

Staff friendly and hotel facilities good

My first time staying at D'Anaya Hotel. The service was very satisfying. While all rooms are non-smoking, there is a smoking area near the breakfast area. It was very comfortable. It wasn't a problem for me as a smoker. The basement parking lot was always gated, so I felt safe. The view from the room was great, directly overlooking the pool and its surroundings. It's close to the city center and the surrounding culinary scene. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Been staying at this hotel for a couple of times and plan to be back here again. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and many cafes are around the area.
