The room is in a bad condition and dusty. The lights are dim. Not recommended.

The elevator is dead, have to go up 4 floors of stairs. The floor is dirty, the room smells, the hotel is terrible.

I don't know what kind of basic hotel this is, but it's definitely not recommended for families on vacation, especially for those with special sixsense abilities. Dark rooms, very improper bathrooms, broken elevators, dark and eerie atmosphere.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Jusenny Hotel. I only lasted two hours before deciding to check out and find another hotel. The photos online were very misleading, and the reality was far from what I expected. The room was not clean and well-maintained, and the furniture was old and worn out. The elevator was also out of order, and I was placed on the top floor. It's no wonder the price was so cheap.

For such a cheap price, it is very affordable. No complaints.

I checked in at 3 pm and checked out at 5 pm. The hotel was really messy, the sheets and pillows were very smelly and dirty. The photos on Traveloka may have been taken from a newly built hotel. The condition of the hotel is very bad now.

There are many damages. Had to change rooms 3 times. All the rooms smell of cigarettes even though the reservation is non-smoking. There are no lights in the corridors of the rooms/there are some but some are off, so it feels like a horror atmosphere. Not recommended for. Currently.

the room is not suitable for use, the bed is dirty: the bathroom is damp and smells like it has never been cleaned. the staff could not provide a solution when I wanted to move to a more suitable room. for 400 thousand in Jakarta it is not worth it and I lost out by staying here

The bedroom is not as expected as the picture. The bathroom is not provided with soap/shampoo. If possible, renovate the hotel

The hotel is really bad, it doesn't match the attached photos, I really feel cheated. None of the room lights are bright, the ceiling is moldy, the bathroom is dirty.
