Clean, comfortable room, the hotel area is also clean and fragrant, the toilet is clean, worth it for the price of 300 thousand 😍. I've stayed here twice, because I accompanied my child for an exam, the location is at Uhn Medan. Recommended 👌👌.

the room key card doesn't work.. they said they'll upgrade it but it still doesn't work. So every time I go in and out of the room, the staff always opens the door. And I have to wait for 10 minutes before I can enter the room. I haven't been able to open the door since I checked in. They said they'll upgrade the key. But I still can't open the door myself until morning.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, the room is very dusty and the floor is very dirty. When not wearing sandals, the feet are immediately black and the floor is rough because of the sand.

So Far the Hotel is Ok. But in the Toilet there is Human waste/not cleaned properly. The AC also turned off and on 3 times & 2 of them were fixed by the Engineering Team. This hotel will be an option when it is looked after better, because the food is delicious. I felt that because I did Room Service twice. Thank You.
