The service is very good, towels can be replaced with new ones.

The hotel staff is very friendly from check in to check out. Even though the hotel is quite old, it is still well maintained and the facilities and cleanliness are maintained. I have stayed here several times, it is always pleasant. Thank you.

Please upgrade the hotel facilities, the room telephone should be able to be used, and the room card should not always be problematic.

the location of the grand puri hotel is very strategic, because it is close to the city center, the swimming pool is also very comfortable for adults and a small pool for children... I have made this hotel a family vacation spot every holiday... Thank you grand puri... Thank you apps

The staff are friendly, cleanliness is very good, facilities are very comfortable and access is close to the city center.

The room is a bit smelly. The AC is not cold and the bed is very uncomfortable, it could be replaced with a new one.

The room was good, the food was not expected to be that good especially the Fried Rice, most hotels have bland Fried Rice. The only bad part about the experience was the water heater didn't work properly. After having a rainny day outside I was hoping for a good hot bath, but the hot water was not as near as what “warm” supposed to be.
