Overall, it's very good, only the bathroom might need to be made cleaner and the variety of food for breakfast could be increased. But, my family and I are happy. Thank you for helping to give a surprise to my child's birthday.

I ordered for 4 people and ordered 2 single beds, but was given 1 queen bed, and to get 2 single beds had to upgrade for an additional 100 thousand. Hmmm.....

I got a bad room. The door of the room is not equipped with double security, the door frame of the room is loose, the AC is not cold enough, the lighting is lacking. Please improve the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the cleanliness and comfort of the breakfast area. Sorry and thank you 🙏🏻

Lots of mosquitoes. The hotel looks very old. The bathroom needs a detailed cleaning in the toilet seat area, moss around the toilet seat below. The room doors need to be painted because they are shabby and dirty. Breakfast is shocking. Very sad for breakfast. Butter and bread are random, the cheapest quality. Never again!

For a good room according to the price, the service is okay, the breakfast is quite tasty and varied. The downside is that I got a room with a broken top lock that had been broken, it should have been repaired and it is not appropriate for a room with a broken lock to be given to a guest.

All the staff are friendly, cleanliness is very well maintained, the AC in the room is cold, the bed is comfortable, the sheets, pillows and blankets smell good, the breakfast is varied and tastes delicious, if I go to Bali I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located on the main road and is close to the Bali Mandara toll gate. The room is clean, the toiletries are complete, we ordered a double bed, coincidentally the hotel was full and the staff helped combine the twin beds into a double bed and the room was very neat. There is a lift, there are also many car parks, the security is very good at directing and finding parking spaces. To the south we can easily find food in areas close to housing.
