The hotel staff were all very friendly, very helpful in all the check in and check out processes of our holiday.

Beautiful ocean view from the back of the hotel! Breathtakingly vast garden and the staff were great and all friendly. Had an enjoyable breakfast with various selections of the menu. Surely had a blast while staying here :)

The hotel staff and service were friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu also offered a wide variety of options. The only downside was the lack of notification that check-in was delayed to 3:00 PM. Fortunately, the waiting area was comfortable and spacious.

So far, every time I go to Banyuwangi I always stay at Ketapang Indah, the service is excellent, the rooms are clean, the sheets and other things are also clean and fragrant, the food is especially outstanding, delicious, and affordable, the view of the Bali Strait is really good, neatly arranged.
