The breakfast wasn't great, it was all salty. But the staff was nice. The pool was clean, and the mountain view rooms were great. 😍 The hotel is perfect for a family staycation.

Not very impressive, it's far from everywhere and it's noisy at night, and someone is fixing the AC in the next room. Breakfast is also lacking.

It was fun and quite enjoyable, it's just that I had a bad experience because I was tricked into booking on a link on Instagram even though it had been hacked, but never mind, hopefully my fortune will be replaced with more and I can stay here again when I go home to Bogor.

The experience of staying here was not pleasant. During the day the cleaning staff was noisy so that the noise came into the room. The room's AC was leaking, I called the technician to clean it and they said it wouldn't leak anymore but in reality it was still leaking. They said the hose was dirty and cleaned. But at dawn the leak got worse. Very disappointed with the price for such unpleasant room facilities. So I didn't sleep soundly because the AC was leaking. Please pay attention!

The room is too old, need reparation

There were no bed sheets in the room, and toilet amenities were not available. Housekeeping had to be called to have them delivered. (Perhaps the staff) forgot to put them in. The sheets were dirty.

Convenient location, away from the hustle and bustle of noisy streets.

The facilities are okay for that rate, cleanliness is okay, and the view is okay. The only thing missing is the towels at the pool and the food tends to be bland.

The area around the hotel needs to be given more access and information.

The hotel staff are all friendly. The swimming pool is nice, suitable for my 3-year-old child. The food is delicious. I definitely recommend it.
