the atmosphere is beautiful especially at night the garden lights and the sound of water from the existing pool add to the beauty and naturalness. my children and I enjoyed staying at the resort and the Kito house hotel became an unforgettable experience.

Nice, comfortable, big pool, suitable for honeymoon and family staycation

The staff service is very good and fast response, the hotel location is in the middle of the city but still gets the feel like you're not in Jambi. The downside is, the tap water is very cloudy, I've complained several times, they said it was the effect after the rain (maybe the filter needs to be maintained diligently) Then also for breakfast, I stayed during the high season, but there were only 3 restaurant waiters, the food that ran out was not immediately refilled, the menu choices were also not very varied. Although the restaurant staff served very friendly, it was still annoying because it was very crowded and couldn't be handled. It was already 7 o'clock, but not all breakfast menus were available. Overall, I still recommend it and it's worth trying as one of my favorite staycations in Jambi.

The room's yard is dirty, there is cat poop, it hasn't been cleaned, the room's balcony is dirty, it's not clean when sweeping, there are lots of mosquitoes, there is no mineral water available at night, my suggestion is if you want to stay overnight, just buy drinks from outside.

The room is clean and comfortable. Suggestion is that the breakfast should be more varied.

I ordered a deluxe room with a bathtub, but when I got it, I was given an executive room without a bathtub. There were no towels provided at the swimming pool, plus there was no mini fridge in the room. Apart from that, the service, cleanliness of the room, etc. were okay.
