The hotel staff are all friendly, I thought it would be scary or haunted, but it turned out to be a BIG NO, thank you Grand Paradise

Stayed here, the room was clean, the hotel is really big... and the food is pretty good, but the only thing is the hot water pool doesn't have a machine, the LG is broken so you have to swim in cold water.

It's great for that price. It's totally worth it.

This is my umpteenth time staying here, from trying the standard room, superior garden view room and this superior pool view so far so good, and when there is a problem in the room, the staff immediately comes to help, the food is also a lot of choices, the staff is friendly, got a swimming pool voucher too.

On the 21st of November 25th at 1:30 PM, the receptionist said to check in at 2 PM and we were expected to wait in the lobby. When the male staff told those who wanted to check in, please go ahead. Those who had just arrived were immediately served, while those of us who had been waiting for a long time had to wait for those who had just arrived to finish checking in. Oh, so that's how Grand Paradise's service is. Does anyone know if the Queuing Culture still applies? 🙃

Second time staying here... still one of my most favorites in the area. Those who say it's haunted and so on, don't listen to them, this hotel is a great way to escape to a European atmosphere.

Everything was good! The ambiance was good enough. The supposed scary atmosphere was refuted by my nephew's happiness playing. The downside was the hot tub was under maintenance when I checked in. Even though it's really nice when it's open. Thank you, GP Lembang. My birthday was impressive!!

Overall, it's pretty good. The downside is that there are several spots/areas that are not maintained so it looks old, fragile, leaking, and mossy. The hot spring pool happened to be under renovation so our plans for a soak were ruined. The standard-sized room is okay for a family, but the bathroom is very small and a bit noisy because it's located on the roadside. Plus, it's not as scary as imagined, comfortable, friendly staff, and clean. Got a room with a balcony, so you can see the view directly to the swimming pool.

Many of the buildings are not well maintained and it just so happened that I checked in when the jacuzzi couldn't be used.

What I like most is the strategic location. But why is the hotel so quiet?

The best hotel in Lembang. For the price and amenities, it's really good. The place feels like it's not in Bandung anymore, and it's very spacious. For that price, you get a pool and hot water, so it's already quite cheap. The room was okay. I stayed alone, so there wasn't any scary feeling.

Many people say it's scary, but it's not, this hotel is really nice, the atmosphere is cool, clean, feels like Europe😁, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the rooms are comfortable, especially the pool, wow, it's really nice, the warm water pool is the best🫶🏼👍🏻

The atmosphere is pleasant, the air is cool. There's a swimming pool with hot water for soaking, which is very pleasant.

The hotel is nice, even though there are a lot of horror reviews, but it's not really scary. And it's very aesthetic, with lots of statues and Greek themes. The indoor pool is warm and really nice. The outdoor pool is cold and 1.7m deep, which is a bit of a challenge for me at 166 cm because it's deep. There's also a tire rental for 50k 30/minute.

The hotel is on the roadside, and it's not hard to find. It's safe, nothing like what people say on TikTok. It's like horror, horror, like you don't have a God. I just slept in, even went out at night, and it was safe. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, quite extensive, but not as much as other hotels, but it was nice. There was hot water. The towels were clean. This hotel is huge, and it's truly a truly unique experience. Unlike today's hotels that pretend to be aesthetic, haha. The hot and cold pools are free to enter during your stay. Those who like royal themes are perfect for taking photos. For those who like gaming, I played Mobile Legends, and my ping was 4-8. The Wi-Fi is fast.
