Good location and comfortable mattress

The room is clean but what I can't tolerate is the noise from above the room. It actually makes it hard to sleep, I've complained but it still doesn't affect it.

The warm water is just right. Thank you.

When I go to Medan, I always stay at the Grand Inna Hotel, it's the best.

The good ones should at least be maintained... Jooos, the place is comfortable, clean, the staff or hotel employees are friendly, everything is ok.

I really enjoyed staying at the Grand Impression. It's friendly, clean, and close to everything.

The breakfast is delicious, especially the vegetable lontong with the tauco, you get the typical Medan lontong food.

The staff was friendly, but I wasn't given the room I ordered. I requested a single bed but was given a twin bed.

The hotel is nice, clean, and fragrant, but the rooms aren't soundproof. There are plenty of culinary options nearby, and below the hotel is a supermarket with a fruit market and food stalls.
