Dirty and dark, clogged toilet, hot air conditioner... give up! Booked 2 nights, only got 1 night... dud, doesn't match the photo.

Staff super ramah dan cekatan sekali, kamar juga sangat oke banget! Staff ramah dan sangat membantu, bantu untuk carikan rental motor, sprei sempat robek dan langsung di ganti. Overall saya happy dan cukup puas untuk pelayanan dan stay di Scala. Untuk beberapa masukan untuk lebih prefect, butuh beberapa yang perlu di upgrade seperti:- jet washer toilet kalau dipakai cukup sakit walau pressure sudah dikecilkan.- wastafel airnya tidak langsung terserap karena penyumbatnya nutup dan tidak bisa diangkat.- kolam renang yang bisa lebih bersih lagi dari daun-daun.

I ordered a suite type room, the room layout is unique and spacious so it is also suitable for those who bring children. Overall the room is nice and comfortable, only the bathtub is not clean, maybe because it is located outdoors. Likewise, perhaps the swimming pool could be cleaned regularly to make it cleaner too. Children don't want to swim because the swimming pool is not clean. For comfort in the room, it's okay 👍.

It's a shame that the bathroom is poorly maintained, the rest is ok.

Nice place is close to Canggu or Sunset road, Fast response, nice ambiance and view. Only a little feedback for the background wall must be changed, it is not a really good wall. But overall was very high recommend

My experience stay here was overall a disappointment. We received the rooms with dirty floors, humid smell and dusty. The toilet was the worst! The towel were both had dirty stained. The toilet bowl were old and dark colour due to the lack of maintenance. The mirror was mouldy. The service was very poor, we asked them to clean up the room the next day. They never change the towel to a new one, the floor were still covered with dust.

Kelebihan: punya arsitektur seni yang tinggi, banyak function dan spot yang bisa dimanfaatin untuk relaxasi atau taking photos. Buat yang butuh ketenangan, di hotel ini tempat ya dan anda bisa dapatkan. Stafnya yang ramah dan membantu membuat masa menginap jadi lebih menyenangkan. Kekurangan: sangat disayangkan hotel sebagus ini saya harus sebut masih banyak kekurangan. Salah satunya adalah lahan parkir mobil yang kurang memadai, lokasi yang agak jauh ke tempat wisata. Bisa jadi karena selalu bertemu titik macet segingga terkesan jauh. Di dalam kamar terasa lembab. Sehingga menyalakan AC akan membuat tempat tidur seperti dingin dan basah. Signal untuk XL dan Telkomsel sangat rendah hanyak terpantau 1-2 bar saja. Wifi tidak stabil dan kadang stuck. Petugas pun hanya standby di pos. Tidak mobile dan telefon di kamar ku mati. Dengan harga yang ditawarkan, seharusnya dapat experience yang lebih baik lagi. Hotel ini good enough aja sih. 👍🏻.
