The location is strategic, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the parking space is limited. Yesterday I came during the Eid holiday, many guests were staying so it was a bit difficult to get a parking space.

Overall it was good, although there was a problem at the beginning when booking the room type.

The hotel is nice, it's just that I stayed during the high season, which is Eid al-Fitr, because my parents asked to extend so I asked the FO but was informed that if I wanted to extend the price was around 2 million per room. So I was forced to check out and choose another hotel with a lower price hehe.

all new rooms can be checked in at 14.00 and when all rooms are fully booked only served by two front office staff.. no manager or GM was seen helping visitors to check in, as a result all customers were queuing at the front office as if they were going to withdraw money from an ATM.. finally got a room past 14.00.. booked two rooms but could only get one room.. the other one was still not ready.. btw the taste of the fried rice was top.. the chef was active often checking the buffet breakfast.. good job chef

first time staying at this hotel with late check in, finally got a room a bit at the end but it's okay... the room is spacious as expected... breakfast is okay, quite varied... parking lot is a bit crowded, maybe because of the Eid atmosphere... overall was good... next time I go to Yogya, I might stay here again... thank you

Stayed on April 3-4, 2025, check in at 22.30. Actually the room was nice and cozy, but unfortunately one of the reception staff (male), was not very friendly (grunt) when we asked for an extra bed. We were asked to go down to pay at the reception, in an unfriendly tone. My suggestion is to improve the manner and hospitality of the staff. Thank you

I checked in for 2 days by booking 3 rooms at this hotel through Traveloka, the room I occupied had a problem with the bathroom so I had to call engineering often, the room for my mother also had the same problem, the bathroom smelled really bad like a leaking toilet so on the second night I complained and asked to move rooms for my mother.. It is very unfortunate that a hotel with a 4-star label does not carry out regular checks or maintenance. Why should it be forced to be sold to guests. It was truly a very sad experience that created a bad mood during this vacation
