Hotel staff is friendly, easy access.

The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu is plentiful and tastes 👍. Arriving when it rains, the staff immediately greets you with an umbrella. It has proven the service 👍. Stories can be deceiving, but experiences cannot be deceiving. Thank you.

Honestly, I am quite satisfied with the service and food, but the cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the towels and toilet, is a little less clean.

When I arrived here at half past 10, I was immediately greeted well, I immediately booked via this app, didn't have to wait long for a while, the notification went straight to the hotel, thank God using the app there was a real booking, not a fictitious one, I entered the room, the place was quite comfortable, I slept soundly, the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, the water heater worked, but there was no hot water to brew tea, there were children's play facilities and the swimming pool was clean. Next time I go to Bandung again, I think I will come here again.

First time staying here, I immediately booked for 3 nights because there was an event near the location of the inn. At first I was surprised because I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to the upper room. The cleanliness of the room was okay but the cleanliness under the table & chairs which were dusty could still be maximized. The bathroom should also be given air freshener, there was an unpleasant aroma when we first checked in. The menu list is available but we couldn't order from the room because the phone couldn't be used. The water tap was leaking, we went down to the receptionist to inform and also inform the phone that couldn't be used. The tap service was quickly resolved unless the phone network really couldn't be used. My suggestion is that if the phone network is not available, the hotel can inform the receptionist's WA to communicate with hotel guests. The breakfast menu is complete with variations & delicious, there are even CANDY STICKS for children. The breakfast service in the room is also satisfying. The restaurant staff is friendly. The swimming pool & playground make children happy to stay at the hotel, especially with the cats. Access to minimarkets is close. Restaurant & playground service and friendly staff make it overall OK & recommend to come back here again. Hopefully the telephone network is available & the cleanliness of the room is more optimal on the next visit. Thanks for the services!

The service is very friendly.. I also got a free coffee voucher.. the breakfast is varied.. the only downside is the slow wifi, the TV is also not clear.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the security is also friendly and very helpful. the best deh stay here. clean room, clean bathroom, just right in the shower, it seems like the floor is broken so it is protected with a rubber carpet. I seem to get a smoking room even though I asked for non-smoking, but it looks clean and doesn't smell of cigarette smoke, good job. Thank you all.

The pillows and mattresses smell of sweat, the sheets are yellow, and the sink is clogged.

This is actually okay, but for that price with the facilities and looks of the room that are just okay, I think it's expensive, maybe because of the road access, so the environment makes the price of the hotel that way. And for the service, it's not very fast, sometimes you have to call several times to get a response, until at that time my room's AC leaked until it flooded a bit, waiting for a long time, finally they responded and agreed to move rooms. Also, the mattress often has dust collecting like that, it seems like it wasn't swept with a broom or vacuumed, so sleeping was not comfortable

I'm so excited to stay at this hotel again tomorrow when I go to Lembang with my family 😍
