I got a room that smelled of urine. The RFID card was an error. Then I was moved to another room. After checking out, my deposit was not returned.

Upon check in, it was not cleaned properly. Upon entering there was a towel mat in the refrigerator, no towels in the bathroom, the room smelled, the sheets were dirty, the toilet leaked, the water kept flowing. This is my experience staying in smoking room 311.

The room is nice, but unfortunately 1. The AC is hot. 2. The blanket is torn.
