Room Cleanliness, Bed Cover is a bit Dirty, Should be Replaced and Water Heater should be washed clean but is still dirty,

Around 4:00 a.m., there was a fire, and smoke rose and entered the room. We inhaled the smoke and woke up short of breath. The response was slow and there was poor ventilation. The other guests left. There was no apology from the hotel. Suggestion: More windows in public areas are needed to allow for better air circulation.

The location makes activities easier. The food variety is sufficient, but the taste is average. There is no treadmill. The water in the KM pools and doesn't drain quickly. The drainage holes are higher.

My experience staying on the 6th floor was unstable shower pressure (sometimes normal, sometimes very slow), and the toilet flush was sometimes broken, sometimes fine. Overall, it was quite comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good, and the staff were friendly.

At the start of check-in, the receptionist was unfriendly and seemed indifferent to customers and was very unresponsive when asked questions.
