Dah paling bener dah, klo cari hotel bintang-3 di Balikpapan, udeeh, jgn cari yg lain. Pacific aja! Old but gold! In term of money worthiness, quiet and CLEAN; Not all your 3-star hotel will give! Don't expect too much with food (breakfast), but since it 3-star hotel, room services is affordable and delightful. Superb!

old hotel, but very well maintained. the rooms have been renovated to suit the times. the bathroom is very clean, all new, shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, hot water works very well, the kids love to soak. the hotel location is close to places to eat, pharmacies, etc. our family vacation was very enjoyable at the Pacific Hotel.

physically and the facilities are quite good and worth the price, cleanliness is also good, the service is also great, there is only 1 receptionist who in my opinion is not very friendly, not smiling enough, the others are friendly, even the car parking attendants below are also friendly.
