The service is incredibly friendly, all the staff are friendly and very helpful.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel had a lot of activities for the children, like painting class and cooking class. My kids loved it.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful when checking in, the service is also fast, the food is delicious. The environment behind the hotel is cool, there is a wide expanse of grass and cows, but because it is on the 2nd floor, the view is not good because it is covered by small buildings.

Fun, easy access, competitive room rate including breakfast, would love to come back again when coming to Tangsel..

I ordered for a friend, but my friend complained that it was not recommended. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, only 1 bar of soap was given. I don't understand, maybe the facilities are just that much or the staff forgot to refill. Hopefully the next one will be better.

A little input for hotel management, if possible, upgrade the TV facilities by adding an Android STB so that you can play YouTube in the room, the room lighting is quite dim and makes your eyes sore after a long time, otherwise it's okay.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful, green, serene view!

Second time coming, first time bringing guest because there is a work project, second time coming alone because I felt satisfied on the first time coming (booked D-1). Indeed, this second time I booked 40 minutes before check in but cleanliness still has to be considered. 1. When I entered the room it smelled musty (the smell really didn't go away until morning) 2. The mattress was really damp (honestly I really don't like damp sleeping areas) and there were lots of stains (idk maybe it's normal but I can't handle damp mattresses) 3. Lots of ants (on the wall area, on the table area, even on the mattress area) 4. There were flies that were disturbing because the flies were really disturbing and big 5. The toilet smelled a bit of urine. Please, hotel rooms should be fragrant, clean and not damp. That's just because I didn't check my guest's room, if it turns out that they felt the same, of course as hosts we would feel uncomfortable because we were given an uncomfortable room.
