Comfortable hotel and homey, and the staff is friendly.

This place is my wishlist since the cov19 era and finally we've made it!! As expected, the room is very comfortable with 2 big beds plus a sofa, dining table, and a place to just chill on the floor, very suitable for us who brought 2 little ones. When we entered, everything was fragrant, clean, and tidy. As a suggestion, maybe a place could be provided to just dry towels or dry swimsuits because we were confused about where to hang the wet ones. In addition, maybe the supply of coffee/tea/sugar in the room could be rechecked along with the spoons. Apart from that, everything is okay.

Unique decoration is very good for photo spots. The location is also strategic, not on the main road so it is not noisy but close to the crowd

Strategic location in Lembang so it is recommended for those who want to avoid traffic jams going to/returning from Lembang tourism. Unique design and comfortable hotel environment, especially rooms with pine tree views, only there is no hot water swimming pool and the room door is a bit broken, the breakfast is delicious, quite varied and typical Sundanese

If you go to Bandung, you must come back to Sandalwood. It feels really homey.

The weather in the hotel is very cold, the family suite room is very spacious and comfortable, the kids love it. There is a playground and swimming pool, the staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. Highly recommended for family staycation.

I really didn't expect it, the atmosphere is very homey, especially the rooms are beautifully arranged to make it comfortable. Even though there was no event for New Year's Eve, I was really happy to stay here. The air is cool, but at night it's cold. The staff are all friendly, lots of smiles. Next time I go to Lembang, I will definitely stay here again. Continue to improve the cleanliness of the rooms..👍

The hotel staff from the lobby to the restaurant are very polite and friendly. The cleanliness of the room is good. And for breakfast, it tastes quite good and also for the variety of food. I happened to stay in the royal suite and my suggestion is that it would be better to make a window that can be opened other than the one at the dining table (the window near the dining table is slightly damaged). The building is very beautiful and aesthetic, the atmosphere is also cool and comfortable. The room is spacious and has complete facilities but the floor is a bit sticky. Got a room on the 3rd floor and had to climb stairs which was quite tiring 😅. The first day was amazing, the buffet food was also delicious with many choices but if possible, provide vegetables, all carbohydrates and the second day it turned out that you had to eat in the room, there were only a few choices. Got a room near the restaurant, it was very noisy when there was lunch and the room was not soundproof. The second day I just wanted to relax in the room & wanted to swim but the pool was dirty and mossy and the noisy sound of employees talking back and forth and moving furniture from noon to dusk and continued the next morning, they said because there was a meeting and the restaurant was the only place next to my room, so it felt like staying in the middle of the market, it was noisy, not to mention when the group came. So I couldn't be calm and relaxed even though the price was quite overpriced.

Wide room but can have additional bed, very homey and cute playrground but not much amenities for the price.

After staying in a disappointing place the day before. Moving here is like heaven and earth even though the price there is 2x the price of the room we took at this hotel is really good. Interior, staff, very beautiful environment, service, breakfast are all good. Satisfied staying here. The only thing lacking is please provide a bath tub to make it even cooler.
