Clogged toilet on the 2nd floor, when staying on the 1st floor it was fine.

It's pretty good, improve it so that more people can stay.

When we stayed overnight, the tents were put up until 12 midnight, which really disturbed our rest time.

Even though I booked a grand deluxe room, the table in the room area was dusty so it made me sneeze. The swimming pool filter was not turned on, there were many leaves and flowers in the pool water but it was not cleaned. I think it's enough to just come here once.

The bathroom is dirty, the floor is slippery. Children slip and fall. The sheets and sarbans are not changed, itchy, dusty.

Got the corner room but the door couldn't be opened easily. Had to push it hard, while behind the side there was a wardrobe made of glass. Luckily it didn't break. Had to be extra careful when opening the door.

friendly hotel staff breakfast is always delicious the downside is that this is the first time I got a room with facilities that have not been upgraded. previously I stayed in a grand deluxe room with an android TV feature that can access YouTube and digital channels. but the room we got in the same type (grand deluxe) the TV has not been upgraded to an android TV. TV channels are limited and cannot access USB to the TV so the room's entertainment facilities are a bit lacking for this room. wifi is also the first time this is often intermittent and often loses signal. previously I always got the best facilities at this hotel. this is the first time I happened to get a room that was not okay. but overall other services are still good such as room cleanliness, pool and breakfast which is always delicious. hopefully in the future all rooms can have the same standard thank you...

The only weakness is that the sheets and pillows are too old so they need to be upgraded to newer ones.

Friendly staff, spacious enough room, there is a swimming pool. Location is near the city center, quiet. Cold AC. Room 106 is quite clean. If we go to Semarang again, we plan to stay here again. Success always

location is easy to find on the main roadside, parking is quite spacious for the size of GH. FO serves only according to procedure, need to improve friendliness. Got a room on the 2nd floor with pool view with balcony, spacious, clean, and complete. The only note is the lights are too dim not suitable for working, it makes you sleepy. If there is an event at the pool, the sound is very audible
