The location is near the Kebun Raya. We tried the swimming pool which is located in the indoor area toward the Kebun Raya and it was so cool to swim with the view of big trees. The breakfast wasn't so tasty though it has various menus. The staff was so helpful. The basement parking area needs to be cleaned up, there is a bad smell like trash or rotten food.

Twice stayed at Grand Savero so far so good.

Excellent! Will be my 1st option for my next trip to Bogor. Me and my family were very happy staying at Grand Savero. Best room and hotel facilities, best hospitality and service, best breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff!

strategic location in front of KBR, next to the mall and close to UMKM Malabar. Clean and spacious rooms. but unfortunately the check-in time should be considered again. Book 5 Deluxe rooms and 2 rooms upgraded to Grand Deluxe. For breakfast, the food is varied and delicious.

In general, it was quite pleasant, only when I checked in the sheets were not very clean and I asked to be replaced immediately with new ones. The hot water in the bathroom shower may have been a bit faulty so it was a bit less hot, especially for children.

my experience, there are pluses and minuses, and I'll start with the minuses first: 1. I knew it was high season, but I didn't expect the room to be so small, no refrigerator, and refillable drinking water but no seal (this is something I learned from other hotels, even though they gave me refillable water but it was sealed) 2. ⁠the food was not very varied, and at 8.45 it was already gone, refilling took a while, not to mention the salad was really messy - when I saw it I didn't want to take it 🥲 3. ⁠my parents' room was pressed by the bell, by the kids who were messing around - really annoying 🥹 pluses: 1. Clean room 👍 2. ⁠good swimming pool 3. ⁠parking - luckily it was a valet, because it was really narrow 4. ⁠cooking class got souvenirs 🫰 Overall, it's good, but it doesn't seem to suit us.🙏

I got a grand deluxe room on the 8th floor which smelled musty but got a solution to be moved to the 5th floor which was better. But when the 2nd day my room key was locked and could be refreshed again by the receptionist. I was not bothered by that problem, what disappointed me was that I had not checked out but my room key was locked without an apology from the receptionist. For the food, it was just ordinary and not too varied for a 4-star hotel. Please improve the room service & service

The room is standard, maybe because it's an old hotel. Breakfast lacks variety for a 4-star hotel. But the location is strategic.
