The location is in a congested area, the swimming pool is ok, the restaurant is ok, but the food tastes a bit off.

I never get bored staying here. The food is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, the location is close to the mall, and it's also easy to get to the station. Even if you want to grab some street food at night or go to a cafe, you can just walk 😀

Alhamdulillah, we celebrated our 5th Wedding Anniversary at Merbabu Merapi Hotel Bekasi. Thank you for the good service and pleasant facilities during our stay at the Hotel. Our daughter loved staying there. Continued success for Merbabu Merapi Hotel and always be healthy for the hotel owner.

The hotel staff is very friendly and access is very easy, only the parking security was a bit unfriendly when we checked out in the morning.

I checked in around half past 10 at night, and I only checked in for transit so I had to check out at 2 am. When checking in I asked for a non-smoking room because I was having a cough, so I asked for a non-smoking room, and the staff very kindly helped me to give me a non-smoking room with a very large room size, initially the staff asked me to pay to upgrade the room. But I refused because I didn't mind getting any type of room as long as it was non-smoking Finally the staff accepted my request. The staff were very friendly and good at solving problems. However, the condition of the hotel is old so the room lighting is not so good and the cleanliness is not good

There are no gallons. Hopefully refillable gallons can be prepared. So that plastic bottle waste is reduced

Recommended hotel for those who want to relax.

Drinking water. Please prepare a refill. To reduce plastic waste and not go back and forth to the minimarket which is quite far away.
