strategic location, friendly staff

Hotel Azza has a really good location, strategically located in the middle of the city, but unfortunately, even though it has a lot of guests, they should have set aside a budget for "rejuvenating the building and facilities" because honestly, for a hotel, Azza feels like a boarding house, I'm really sorry.

The hotel staff is very friendly, we arrived at the hotel around 12 noon. The intention was to just leave our luggage, walk around for a while while waiting for check-in time. It turned out that the staff allowed early check-in. There was even a staff who carried all our luggage. We were even allowed to leave pempek as souvenirs in the hotel refrigerator which was taken when checking out. Very nice. Next to the hotel there is Alfamart, across the hotel there is a mall, the LRT station is just a few steps away. perfect location. Maintain the friendliness and the quality of the rooms can be improved again.. Thank you very much Azza🙏

It's just that the restaurant needs to be improved again, because when I stayed I had booked for breakfast but when I wanted to have breakfast even though it was still half past 8, many of the food menus had run out but were not filled or refilled. even at that time I took one of the menus with other guests had to set aside the banana leaves that were used as a lining for the buffet container.

for super responsive and agile room service, and the service of the staff at the reception is good, it's just that the restaurant is less than satisfactory because when I wanted to have breakfast even though it was still half past 8 in the morning but the food had run out but was not refilled or refilled, until when I & other guests who were with me wanted to take one of the menus had to set aside the banana leaves. I also don't know if it was because it was still Eid or it was usually like that because we stayed for the 3rd night of Eid. I apologize if my review is not pleasing but this needs to be conveyed so that it can be improved in the future because usually I give reviews every time I stay at a hotel, I always give 4 or even 5 stars.

Very strategic location close to LRT and mall, next door there is also a minimart. Cleanliness is not good, there are hair, ants and brown stains on the mattress. Can only check in at 14.00.

The bedroom is not clean and tidy, and inside the building, the walls and support facilities need repair soon. Overall, the hotel is suitable for a budget.

The room is spacious, clean. It's just that the bathroom door can't be locked. Worried, when taking a shower, someone will come in 😁 The breakfast menu, the taste of the food should be improved. Because in my opinion it's not very tasty. But with that price, it's ok. There's a price for taste. Strategic location. Close to the mall and everywhere is close. Close to Alfamart too. Close to KAKIKU. The friendliness of the staff should be improved.

Good choice for family stay. The room is spacious, clean, provides hot water and quite nice breakfast.

The room was dirty, lots of hair and dust on the floor. The pillows on the chairs had food stains that had stuck to them and hardened, the chairs were also dirty with food/drink spills. One of the pillows on the bed had stains from either blood or food, and the sheets had spots in several places. The shower area in the bathroom was very narrow without a glass divider, so when taking a shower the water spilled into almost all areas of the bathroom. The bathroom door did not have a seal on the edge of the glass so people outside the bathroom could easily see in. Moreover, there was no shower gel and shampoo. You had to shower with bar soap that was provided for washing hands in the sink. The only things that were acceptable were the location and the breakfast. The cleanliness of the room was really disappointing.
