Good, strategic location close to the harbor and food stalls.

The lights in the room often went out, until I had to move to another room which I thought was lacking in service.

I can't describe it in words because of how terrible this hotel is. I'm so sorry but I haven't seen a hotel to be this bad at all, in my life. I can make a whole lotta essays only to give some dissatisfaction and disappointment to the hotel. It was that AWFUL, I didn't even have a desire to grab some breakkie there. Don't want to criticise to make a beef with a hatred, I'm saying this because I think my voice would make this hotel improve and develop its qualities. Sincerely, thank you.

I can make a whole lotta essays only to criticise the hotel. So sorry but that was really bad, not even in hotel standards, “in my opinion.” thank god I only went there for a night, I mean it wasn't even 12 hours rest at the hotel because I wanna go out as fast as possible, lol.

The hotel said that the room I booked was full, they blamed the Error party, the Management was Very Chaotic. Maybe the room I booked was Sold On the spot with Someone Else because yesterday there was a Bus Group Staying. They Offered me another Room they said the good room was priced above the app, Well because it was midnight we had no choice but to accept the room change, the room given Looks Like It Has Not Been Occupied for a Long Time Very Dirty, the bathroom is dirty, Lots of Nests and Spiders, Dusty, and the Sheets Smell Like Not New, Malang Mattresses Crosswise Like in this photo. really fed up

For those who want to transit in Balikpapan, you can come here. The location is strategic and quiet because it is far from the crowd. But don't be mistaken, it is close to the mall or culinary. This place also has many rooms, often used for meetings and to see. I often go there when transiting in Balikpapan, even though it is far from the airport, this is recommended for me

Got a room at 316. It was quite difficult to go through the stairs twice. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. There was a spider's nest near the TV. The plywood in the back of the bathroom was about to come off.

Rooms are sufficient. Spacious and in the middle of the city. Easy to go anywhere. But the room floor is sandy. The bathroom doesn't seem to have enough cleaning details. There is still hair stuck in the drain. There is no hot water.
