The service at d'prima hotel is very good and friendly by the staff and employees, previously I reviewed the shortcomings in the hotel, namely the absence of a canopy for vehicle parking near the lobby. for this time I will review the location of the swimming pool which is too far and open to hotel guests. For this, maybe the hotel management can create a special path that is closed and private from the general public so that guests who want to swim are comfortable and safe. For the service and service is already good and meets the criteria of the stars, but there are still some things that I think need to be evaluated and improved again. One of them is the car parking canopy needs to be provided, because if we park outside our vehicles are exposed to direct sunlight continuously and when the rain falls it makes our vehicles dirty. From small things like this I hope the hotel management responds well, so that guests remain calm and comfortable when staying. Maybe that's our advice after staying a few nights at this hotel. Initially curious with the 4.9 stars,
but all the services are cool...
starting from the alert security,
clean rooms,
varied breakfast menu (only there are vegetable worms, hopefully in the future it will be considered so that it is better).
but overall everything is good 👍🏻👍🏻
Our suggestion, the gym lacks Dumbbells,
also the spinning bike doesn't work, and the cleanliness of the vegetables before cooking 👍🏻👍🏻

Just input when checking in even though it was half past 3 but the process was quite long.
And when I was at the reception I didn't immediately get room access.
Have to wait another 15 minutes.
For the room no complain. It's just that the AC is not very cold.
For the breakfast menu for side dishes, there are many types and the taste is quite good.
But for the rice menu, the side dishes are very lacking in taste and there are only 2 menu choices. namely protein and stir-fried vegetables.
Oh yes, the AC in the lobby and at the breakfast place is not very cold.
overall, in the future I can stay here again.
