Everything is very good, except for the soundproofing. This is a big minus, but back to the guest. Honestly, the sound from the next room is very disturbing. Until 2 am it was still noisy, laughing, even if it was uncomfortable to reprimand us. The sound is very audible.

Access and Staff Friendliness are very good, keep it up. Room soundproofing should probably be improved. Sounds from neighboring rooms that can be heard, including sounds from entertainment venues in the hotel are also quite disturbing to comfort. For cleanliness, it should be given more attention, especially in the guest elevator, it's a bit stuffy. The choice of food menus is still not very varied, for the taste it's quite good. The breakfast place which is combined with the swimming pool, I think is not very attractive, it seems too crowded and noisy. Sorry, it looks a bit shabby because it's muddy and slippery. Suggestions should be separated. Hopefully this experience can make the Claro Kendari hotel even better in the future. Thank you.
