Good, the service is very good. Friendly, but it's a shame that the building needs to be renovated again to make it come back to life.

The advantage of this hotel is that the staff is friendly and very helpful when checking in. However, the atmosphere is a bit uncomfortable because the lights are dim and the bright room lights are off. But it's according to the price... btw I hope there is a renovation of the building and the items must be upgraded. Thank you to the very friendly staff. 🤗

An old hotel that is in dire need of renovation. All the facilities are time to be replaced and repaired. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is very poor, dirt is still very visible on the floor. The floor tiles are cracked and some have holes and are covered with duct tape. The sheets, pillow cases and blankets are very dull, have lots of dirt spots and lots of small holes. The lighting in the room is also very dim, it cannot be used for working on a laptop. The bathroom sink drain leaks so it splashes onto your feet when used. The only plus point is its location which is quite strategic, close to the city center, and there is a 24-hour minimarket on the 1st floor so it is very easy if you need food and drinks, and the employees are also friendly.

The hotel is a comfortable lodging, this can be said to be just a hotel in name, but the noise outside is very whispering, for me from outside the province staying here is not recommended for this hotel just to rest/sleep because the journey is already far, the soundproofing outside is at least sealed. The room is poorly maintained. There is a possibility that the room I stayed in yesterday was rarely occupied by people. The hotel staff is friendly. Didn't get breakfast. The shower was okay. The AC was cold.

It is only recommended if any hotel along Pajajaran St is fully occupied. The hotel is for emergency used only and no option others. Please downgrade your expectation because of the price.

Selimut harus dicuci, agak kotor, lantai di kamar juga kurang bersih, kamar mandi sangat perlu dibersihkan, AC dingin, pelayanan Ok, karena dapet kamar bisa liat ke jalan raya, jadi berisik banget, ganggu tidur sih, sama lampu dkt lemari harus diganti (kamar 203) itu udah remang-remang.

Hotel unik di pusat kota dengan fasilitas balkon, dekat kemana mana, resto, factory outlet, taman, cukup jalan kaki aja, di lobby ada Coffee dan Minimarket 24 jam, jadi suasana sekitar hidup, AC dingin kamar cukup luas, pelayanan ramah, fasilitas kamar sesuai dengan kelas dan harga lah, colokan ada 3: di tv, deket bed dan kamar mandi, nginep 2 malam lumayan untuk bersantai santai di libur panjang ini karena gak perlu jauh jauh kalo mau kulineran khas Bogor, belanja tas sepatu baju atau bersantai di taman terdekat
