Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food and right in the city center

I had a good time stayed in Sylvia Hotel. Friendly staff, variety of food at breakfast. They provide Jamu too. 😊

An all-rounder hotel in downtown Kupang, perfect for both business and leisure. Close to shopping centers, culinary delights, and even the center of government.

The hotel staff is friendly, but when I checked in yesterday, the room took too long to be available, so I had to wait a bit longer.

What I don't like about the dim lighting in the room at night is that it really makes it difficult for activities, in the morning, afternoon and evening the lighting comes from opening the window curtains.

Very rigid management. Requests for extra bets or even a change of bed are impossible.
