Clean hotel, okay rooms, clean bathrooms, limited parking, limited breakfast options and lackluster taste... staff not very friendly. But it's close to everything.

Centrally located, near the mall, Gubeng Station, and Pasar Turi Station, not far from the Old Town area. Standard rooms are good for up to two people: (+) Neat, clean, fragrant, well-lit, with a window, toiletries, bottled water, kettle, working AC, water heater, fairly soundproofing. (-) No tissues, single-layer curtains, so privacy is limited if you need to open them wide. No wardrobe/clothes storage, only hangers. The single beds are combined, making them somewhat uncomfortable. The small rooms are not suitable for working or using a laptop. There is a restaurant and bar, and breakfast is a standard buffet style. There are plenty of food stalls around the hotel, but no convenience stores, Indomaret, or Alfamart. All the staff are friendly, and housekeeping/room cleaning can be requested until 6 PM.

I got a room on the top floor, the 9th floor, so I had a beautiful view of the city, delicious food, and lots of variety. There was a hot/cold shower that always ran smoothly, so I loved taking a shower at this hotel. The only downside was that the room hadn't been cleaned before I checked in, as seen from the blanket that wasn't neatly folded, all the lights were on, and there was a strand of hair on the pillow. But luckily there were two pillows, so I used the other one.

I booked the Love Family room. The room was spacious, clean, and had 5 beds. Towels were included, and breakfast was provided for 4 people (adults). If you add another person, you'll have to pay an additional 80,000 Rupiah. But the service and cleanliness of the hotel were all excellent and pleasant. The location is also close to the mall and restaurants.

It's very comfortable to stay here from the city center. You can also hang out on the rooftop. Affordable price.

An excellent budget hotel in my opinion. Affordable price, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, strategic location with many delicious food stalls around. Outdoor lobby with a variety of drinks in the refrigerator, ice cream, ATM, and coworking space. Highly recommended place if visiting SBY👍👍

Really like staying at this hotel. The price is cheap, the service and facilities are okay, close to Tunjungan Plaza and the location is also very strategic, next to the main road. Next time if you want to go to Surabaya again, you must stay here again 🫶😁

The staff is very nice and friendly. I left my suitcase in the hotel lobby, it was kept by the friendly hotel staff 🙏🏻 yesterday stayed in a family room, the kids were very happy staying at Maxone Tidar. Really family friendly. Thank you
