The room was not okay, but the staff was okay and gave information about lost items.

Check-in service is not on standby, hot room with AC has no solution, bathroom is poorly maintained, room service is quite cooperative.

the staff is friendly, the check in process is fast, it's just a shame that the cleanliness of the room and the hotel area is lacking and the towels are also dirty. but overall if it's for transit it's still ok but if it's for a long stay it's not recommended

The room of choice was cornered, no internet signal, the wifi signal didn't reach the room, and the AC wasn't cold at all. We protested many times but it took a long time to be handled, we were already fussing about the AC in the middle of the night before we were moved. Moving rooms also turned out to be dirty, lots of dust when we entered, the bathroom was really dirty, the first time the sink water was turned on it was brown. It seemed like it hadn't been occupied for a long time, but suddenly we were asked to fill it up.

The AC leaked and I changed rooms, but it turned out that the AC in the other room was not cold and the water tap was off... not really recommended, it's better to look for investors, change the concept and do a total renovation, the location is premium but the hotel is like that.
