Comfortable hotel in the city center, safe & close to everywhere

The service was very friendly. I arrived around 12:30 PM for business and was immediately allowed to check in early to a room that was already available on the first floor. I originally wanted to be on the second floor, but there were still guests who hadn't checked out. The receptionist was also very helpful. That night I asked for help printing a file and was immediately helped. An iron was also delivered directly to my room, which was very helpful because my clothes were wrinkled for the next event. The hot water worked well and the room was clean, except the sheets were a bit brownish and hopefully they can be fixed in the future. Otherwise, everything was super okay. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
