I'm sorry the bathroom smells really bad and the chairs smell musty the window wood is rotting

When I arrived, I was given a smoking room, but I was allowed to change to a non-smoking room that had been upgraded and renovated, because I had booked a non-smoking room. I was initially given a smoking room and asked for another one because I really couldn't stay in a stuffy smoking room. Thank you for not making things difficult.

The food is delicious and the room facilities are quite good, although they are old and in need of renovation. The staff, especially the front office staff, are friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff are efficient and provide prompt service when needed. Just a small suggestion for security: please help by not following guests to the reception, as it feels inadequate and makes them seem nosy and ask personal questions.

Staff are friendly, lots of AC is not cold enough

Maybe the AC can be replaced or repaired because it's not cold enough.

Maybe the AC isn't as cold anymore. Is it because it's been a while or hasn't been repaired? Maybe everything else is fine.

Uncomfortable. The room lighting is very dim. The bath water is cloudy.

It was quite an extraordinary experience, and I happened to get a promotional room upgrade from superior to deluxe. It was absolutely fantastic.

Breakfast was okay. The room was nice, had a bathtub, and the AC was great.
