Hopefully in the future, bathroom equipment will be better, such as soap and shampoo, including toothbrushes, because sometimes the soap and shampoo don't foam enough.

Overall great experience. Close to the city center, with Balikpapan Superblock mall. Many shops/food stalls around. Close to the bus stop too, so for those who want to take the Trans Balikpapan bus, it's worth it. The room is quite small, but okay for an overnight stay. The hot water is smooth, clean and complete facilities are provided. The AC is also cold and there is a spa service too. Just try it, to rest and relax, it's worth it! We put our stuff before checking in and after checking out at the hotel, and they were very helpful.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel access is located in the middle of the city, the food is varied and delicious. It's just that it's not soundproof and some of the facilities are broken, such as the lock to the toilet, some use hot glue because it comes off. Small things should be able to be overcome and quickly repaired to make it easier for visitors to use the facilities. Thank you
