it's a great place to stay in palembang, love it, many food and shopping centre nearby.

The room is spacious and very comfortable to sleep in... it's really nice, especially with family and the kids are also happy because the children's swimming pool is spacious

Awesome hotel, thank you for the male front desk agent (checked in on 13 April from around 4 to 5 pm. Our room got upgraded by him. Also, I asked for an LRT view, and he gave us the best view ever. My son was so happy and could stop looking at the windows. housekeeping was helpful and friendly. All the staff we met and talked about from the FDA, LP, room service, housekeeping and pool staff were helpful and friendly. near to city center and LRT station. Looking forward to our next stay. Hopefully we can get the same room again

Very comfortable, I happened to book a family room. The room is quite spacious, very good. The AC is very cold (can be adjusted). The staff is nice and friendly.

one of the hotels with a strategic location in the city center and private access from the elevator directly to the room floor. really like it here maybe there are some notes from the photos above hopefully always upgrade to improve to be even better. and hopefully the checkin and checkout process is accelerated, hopefully the process can be like hotels around the HI roundabout in Jakarta
