The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi is also smooth. I've stayed at Quirin many times and have never been disappointed.

The location is close to Queen City Mall. And there are several trendy cafes on either side of the hotel. The hotel does not provide complimentary amenities, including towels; guests can rent them. We recommend bringing your own. There are no hot water kettles or complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms, but you can request hot water at the restaurant. Fortunately, the hotel is also close to a super*Indo supermarket. Comfortable rooms, all facilities functioning, ample parking.

This is an old-school hotel, but the lobby looks a bit modern. The service is friendly. Breakfast is a boxed meal like MBG, with a plastic container. The menu is unappetizing, not very tasty, and the nuggets have hair on them. I found hair in two nuggets in different boxes. VERY DISGUSTING. Not fit to eat.

I've actually stayed at the Quirin hotel quite a few times. Usually, we get a room on the left side of the second floor with elevator access, but this time, when I requested a room in the area, as usual, the hotel staff didn't give me one. I was given a room on the right side of the second floor with stair access. It seems like the reason is full. I don't know, maybe because I booked through the app, I was given a spare room. The room was also dusty. There was a dispenser hidden in an empty room for drinking water. When I wanted to get water at night, the room was dark. For showering, the hot water took a long time to come out, only feeling a little warm after rinsing, and even then, I deliberately didn't turn it off (it actually wastes water like this, but I had to do it for the sake of getting warm water). Hopefully, it will be better in the future... It would be a shame if the service and facilities continue to decline like this, it's very different from what I felt before Covid.

There are 4 of us, my wife, and 2 children. I always stay in the junior suite room... spacious... clean, comfortable... cold AC... clean and spacious bathroom... secure parking... the location is close to everywhere... spring rolls, soto, etc.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, my suggestion is to change the water place to one that can boil its own water.
