The service is very slow and very bad, disappointing, not a star class hotel, there is no TV, drinking water is not given if you don't ask for it, the room was asked to be cleaned but it was not served, the water is small and salty too

I really liked the friendliness of the staff and the room was clean and spacious, but after staying there for 2 days, the room wasn't made up, amenities weren't refilled, check-in time on Traveloka was stated at 1:00 PM but in fact, I was told to wait until 2:00 PM, the water in the bathroom also wouldn't drain like it was clogged until my friend cleaned it. And when I stayed there, it was quite noisy because the front of the room was newly renovated, with the price per night of 465k, I think it's a bit less than ideal. Hopefully it will be better in the future

Actually, the distance to the port is veeery good, as well the surroundings which are right in front of the beach, next to minimart, resto and cafe, and everything. But unfortunately the room is not clean, specially the towel. The bathroom floor so slippery and everything so rusty like the door handle, water tap, even the toilet lid. It could be better for the price

The hotel's access is very strategic, but if you're lazy, you need to pay more attention to cleanliness because there are still cockroaches and spider webs.

It's close to the harbor, but the rooms are a bit unclean, especially the restrooms. The price is quite affordable, making it suitable for backpackers.

It looks like an old hotel. The location is actually very strategic for those who like crowds, but the building and rooms, especially the villas, are very poorly maintained. There is a pool, but it seems neglected, so we didn't use it at all. However, the staff were very informative and kind, even though we were locals and most of the Gili T guests were foreigners. Hopefully, in the future, for this price, we can get a cleaner, more well-maintained unit. It's a shame that properties in such a location are poorly maintained.

The location is close to the harbor, just a short walk away. The large room can accommodate up to four people.

Nice location if you like to be close to the party scene, was not really my intention to party actually. Hotel looks in need of renovation, room looks very rundown. Upon arrival I found the shampoo from previous guest in the bathroom, toilet seat needs a new one. Staff was nice and friendly but when I asked for another room they did not offer any solution. I texted to their main office and they never respond. Will not recommend.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was close to the port and convenient to reach anywhere. However, the bathroom was dirty, and the hot water didn’t work. When we arrived and checked in, the receptionist told us that we could enjoy the live music in the bar anytime we wanted. So we went to the bar, but since we were already full, we just wanted to listen to the music. Unfortunately, the staff at the bar was very rude and said, ‘Even though you’re staying in this hotel, you still need to order something to sit here’

It's a shame that 3 people were charged 100 thousand rupiah, but they didn't give any additional bed... There were no sandals, soap, etc., the towels were also dirty...

Our room's floor was wooden and dirty, the toilet was unfit for a hotel, the room wasn't soundproof, and the hotel was located in a narrow alley, so the view wasn't great. Two of the lights in our room were out, and there wasn't a mirror.
