Positive: 1. Easy access and close access to Cianjur city (near Citimall) Negative: 1. The bathroom smells of urine. 2. The water in the toilet is not good. 3. The hotel price at Rp450,000 is too expensive.

The location is very strategic, the staff is friendly and very helpful, there are many breakfast variations, the price is very affordable, will come back again if I go to Cianjur.

Stayed here for 3 days, it felt quite satisfying and not disappointing, especially since the receptionist was very friendly.

Bad room, damp, old and peeling wallpaper, air conditioning is not cold, deluxe room is like a standard room.

For that price, it's really expensive, my God, because the facilities are really bad, like they're old and there's no way soap and bath shampoo are provided 😭 fortunately, the service is really good. Please really renovate and improve the facilities.

Staffnya ramah, lokasi strategis.

Kebersihan kamar dan isinya kurang trjaga, banyak debu d kamar dan kamar mandi, loteng ada noda menghitam seperti bekas bocor, pemanas air berdebu. Bahkan cangkir nya juga berdebu seperti sudah lama di biarkan. Dinding ada bolong yang d biarkan banget sj.

Hotel murmer ini deket pusat kota cianjur. Inap pas h+1 lebaran superior cuma 330 sudah inc breakfast. Kamarnya memang g terlalu lega tp cukup lah. Fasilitas kamar lengkap dapet teh kopi ada ketel listriknya juga. Air panasnya ready trus y mau sore malam ataupun pagi. Untuk breakfast nya lmyanlah dengan harga murah. Ada nasi putih nasi goreng mie goreng ceplok telor dan balado tahu. Ada kopi, teh, sereal, buah, manisan salak, kurma, dan roti oles. Cukup lah buat kami itu semua. Pokokny g nyesel inap di bydiel. Terima kasih.

Kamar nya bau, lembab dan kurang bersih, AC tidak dingin.

Dibalik sprei ada kecoa, kamar mandi bau pesing. AC rusak dan panas. Agak gak worth it buat harga segitu apalagi sangat membahayakan untuk membawa anak balita. Cukup sekali karena urgent dan gak lagi lagi deh. Untuk pelayanan ok, fasilitas no banget. Karena di kawasan Jakarta dan Bogor dengan harga 500 ribu udah dapet bagus banget.
