Good and strategic, close to tourist attractions

Exciting, happy, nice view, comfortable hotel, there is a children's and adult swimming pool, can come back again another time.

The hotel is large. Although older, it's well-maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view is beautiful, perfect for enjoying a morning swim.

The view is certainly beautiful, but unfortunately, many of the facilities are poorly maintained and the staff are not very informative. Breakfast is also not all you can eat with the reason that it is appropriate for the occupation, for a 3-star hotel it is a bit of a culture shock. The room is not bright at night because the lighting is not right, when you want to look in the mirror in the room or bathroom it is a bit dark, it takes effort, several times going to the bathroom I smelled gas, the faucet in the bathroom was loose and hanging and there was no information about shampoo or soap. I even wrote a note asking for a cake for my anniversary but it was not given and there was no explanation. Even if it was connected to the charger, it would not be a problem, there was no one guarding the cafe and the wait was very long. There was one table that had been used by someone for breakfast and we wanted to sit there, we waited for it to be cleaned for quite a long time until the food arrived, the cleaning was not responsive. The pool was also a bit dirty and not safe for children. It is a shame that with such a beautiful view but the facilities and service are very lacking🥲🙏🏻

Actually, the hotel staff is friendly and pleasant...it's a shame the room doesn't look very clean because the curtains are dirty and there are lots of stains, there are geckos in the room so there are gecko droppings on the floor and there are lots of ants on the sofa too...

A cool hotel with a full view of Mount Penanggungan, highly recommended for a staycation with family, lots of options for kids

Check-in was quick. We got room 203, overlooking Mount Penanggungan. The room was comfortable, with cool air conditioning and working hot water. The swimming pool was clean and the view was exceptional. The hotel is connected to Panorama Cafe, which offers a variety of food at very affordable prices. There's also live music. Yesterday, I took a room with free breakfast for two people, but there was an additional 50,000 Rupiah for children. The breakfast variety was quite good, but the taste was a bit standard. Hopefully, I'll have the opportunity to return again next time.

My first stay at the Grand Whiz was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, well-equipped, and the price was affordable. The staff was friendly, and the hotel grounds were spacious and quiet.

The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was fast. The room was clean and tidy. There were a few issues, but the housekeeping staff responded quickly. I got room 408. I hope the toilet flush can be fixed, as there was a slight problem. All in all, the service was good.
