comfortable, friendly service, good natural atmosphere

highly recommend this hotel, the check in - checkout process is easy & concise, guest service from the front office to the security is friendly & very helpful (brilliant), the room is very comfortable, clean & quiet, although the hot water shower is sometimes on and sometimes not (zamrud 1) but it doesn't matter, it's been ignored by the friendliness of the hotel staff, grooming greeting (5 stars), thank you Riverstone, I will not hesitate to recommend you to colleagues and family to choose you as one of the best accommodations in Batu. The location and shape of the cottage are good but the bed mattress is not comfortable to sleep on. For the price of the room, the bed mattress should also be good. The food lacks variety and taste.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, and even though it's not check-in time, they are still willing to help you get in faster. It's close to the city center and the atmosphere is also quiet.
