The hotel is old model, the room is clean, only the crust on the sink makes me disgusted, maybe it should be paid more attention. The mattress is soft, especially the blanket is thick and comfortable which I have never found in other hotels, the staff is friendly, especially the security guard is very helpful, the swimming pool is old-fashioned but clean. Please clean the shower room. The restaurant still needs a lot of improvement because the tables and chairs are messy. The food is super delicious, simple but makes you miss it and want more.

For suggestions, you can add more hotel employees so that you don't have trouble preparing breakfast, especially during the high season.

The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, simple but very comfortable, suitable for quality time and the food is also very delicious.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to the square of Batu City and of course the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the vehicle parking area is very limited. And for those who are confused about finding dinner or just want to have coffee, this hotel has provided a restaurant with a pretty good view.

The location is very good, the room is clean, only the bathroom is a bit dirty, please replace the trash bin in the bathroom, it is no longer suitable for use.

Fast service, friendly staff, clean room, spacious room, single bed fits 2 people, but unfortunately there is no elevator, access is only by stairs. I happened to get the 3rd floor so I was lazy if I wanted to go up and down.

DISADVANTAGES: 1. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the smell cannot get out even though there is a small hole in the window. 2. There is no window in the Family Room, there is only a very small ventilation hole. 3. The AC is not equipped with ION so the smell of a room with a capacity of 4 guests takes a long time to disappear. 4. There are very few digital TV broadcasts and the sound of Mbebeth/independence due to weak signal. 5. There are a lot of mosquitoes and the room is not sprayed with Anti-Mosquito before being occupied by Customers. 6. The door lock is still an old-fashioned model and is not very safe because it is easily broken into by thieves. 7. There is no safe deposit box to store valuables. 8. There is no small refrigerator. 9. There is no free refill water dispenser like those available in modern middle-class hotels today. 10. The TV size is small and an old-fashioned model that does not have Android like those available in modern hotels of the same class. 11. The mattress is Jeglong/sunk. 12. The pillow is too big and high, making your neck hurt. 13. The chef has not been able to make 1/2 cooked eggs since before. I have stayed here many times so I know. ADVANTAGES: 1. The size of 2 large beds can accommodate 4 people or more. 2. There is a sofa that can be slept on for 2 people. 3. The room size is spacious. 4. Family type if you want can be filled with 6-10 people. 5. CHEAP price. 6. All breakfast food is super delicious. 7. The staff are polite. 8. Super fast Wi-Fi hotspot can be 100 Mbps per connection using IndiHome. 9. Cold AC. 10. Additional check out time until 4pm is only charged 100 thousand / Family room. 11. The location in front of the Regent's official residence is very strategic because here all big events are definitely missed here. Overall score 7 (10).

The room is clean & spacious. Hot water bathroom. Wifi + cold AC. There is a swimming pool in front of the room + playground, suitable for the whole family.

The bed made a sound when you put it up, like it was going to break. It's really bad for a 3 star hotel. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the bathroom smells. Wifi is there, but can't connect. There are also not many TV channels. For service, the staff are friendly, easy access, close to the Batu city square. Maybe you can pay more attention, especially to the suitability of the bed.
