The AC is not that cold during the day. Maybe, they need to maintain it more.

Strategic location, even though the building is quite old, it turns out to be very comfortable.

The price is quite good for a family room. The furniture is old. The AC is not too cold, maybe because the family room is too big.

For the location is ok. Near the market. Exiting the hotel there are already many sellers too. Only the lighting in the room is not bright enough. Staff is ok and friendly.

The building looks old, the room is quite comfortable and spacious, but when there is a sign on the door to clean the room, the room is not cleaned by the staff, even though it is said that it will be cleaned every 2 days. FO is friendly. The location is easy to reach

Already a regular, stayed here 3 times.. The staff is very friendly and polite (especially the man who works the night shift) and the hotel is clean.. There are many food stalls around the hotel and there is a market in front.. The breakfast is simple but very delicious..

it's a pretty good deal for the price I paid. +: Location in the downtown a lot of restaurants nearby spacious room -: rusty old furnitures not so comfortable bed but my son loved it here, so maybe I'll comeback

This is actually not my first time staying at this hotel. I have stayed here several times, but the facilities have gotten worse. It is clean, yes, the staff is friendly, yes, but the chairs on the terrace are already broken, dusty, the hot water only lasts for a short time and then it is no longer warm.

I won't regret it. Especially if I'm with my family. Whenever I go to Jogja, I'm not confused.

The hotel staff are friendly and responsive, the hotel room is spacious, the balcony overlooks the beautiful garden, because it's the rainy season, the towels were a bit late in arriving, the hot water is unstable so it's not smooth hehe but my family doesn't really like taking a shower with warm water, but it's comfortable to stay here, this is the second time

First arrived at 2 am, where I just bought it at 12 midnight because the capacity of people needed was very difficult to find. Then check-in must be with 5 ID cards, the one who ordered 1 person should be enough with 1 ID. The TV remote doesn't work. The AC is hot.
