The room smells of cigarettes, the room feels cramped, there are ants, the lighting is not bright enough to study for exams

The location is strategically close to the UNS campus. It offers easy access to tourist attractions and culinary delights. The rooms are reasonably clean and the service is friendly.

Very strategic location with UNS campus, fast check-in - out process, friendly security and staff, quite tasty food, unfortunately the bathroom is a bit dirty 🙏, but for the rest it's quite good.

The hotel staff is very helpful during the check in & check out process. Parking is also assisted by security who are always ready at the front door.

If you want to find a hotel close to UNS, this is it. Because you only need to walk, you've arrived. The CS is friendly, initially ordered a superior room then upgraded to a junior room, still served. The atmosphere is quite comfortable. There are not enough towel hangers in the toilet. The room is not soundproof.

Actually, it's really good from all sides. The location is really good because it's close to the Ngarsopura Night location. Then the room is also pretty good. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Got a balcony view too. Unfortunately, the elevator smells of garbage. It seems like it's been used to transport garbage. It's really annoying.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, strategic location. The room is comfortable and clean. Always stay here when in Solo.

When we first arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink and the hotel staff had pleasant hotel facilities, an alternative for those who want to go to the UNS campus because the location is right in front of the UNS campus.

The initial superior book, turned out to be all smoking. Finally upgraded to deluxe. The room is very clean, fragrant and neat. It's good at all with a low price during the long Chinese New Year holiday 2025

In general, it's good, the location is strategic, I just had a slightly unpleasant experience when checking in, it took almost 45 minutes to get a room, and even then I had to ask back and forth.

It's a bit strange that there are photo reports when checking in, the AC is not cold enough, the wifi is not tucked into a paper like usual. And when I wanted to check out, I was asked via WA, not by phone or directly. For the room I booked with a bathtub and amenities, it was worth it😇

Our project is in Porto and access to the hotel is very close to the location.

Improve the quality again and maintain the good ones

The receptionist was friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. Access to everywhere is easy because there are many public transportations nearby. However, there are some things that need to be considered again: 1. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs to be improved, the bathroom floor needs to be brushed, a 2-star hotel should not have pests roaming around the room. 2. Some of the room lights were dead and not replaced. There should be white lights in the room.
