for the main facilities in the room need to be fixed, such as the TV that can't turn on at all, wifi that can't be accessed. and especially for the cleanliness of the room and bathroom must be considered more. overall is quite okay. for those who plan to stay and travel for 1-2 days. the staff and employees are quite friendly

the room view directly faces the sea..really cool. when you want to see dolphins, you can also pick them up directly behind the hotel. the food is standard. the staff service is fast.. especially yesterday when there was a leaking tap. thank you Wahyu Dana Hotel

I stayed 1 night in a suite room + strategic location + friendly staff + cold AC - cleanliness is not maintained. The path from the lobby to the room is dirty (sand and leaves from the beginning of check in to check out are still there, it shows that the staff did not clean and mop it - the area inside the room is dirty, but not as dirty as the outside - smelly bathroom - the bathroom has no hot water, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap - no sandals - no tea, only 2 sachets of coffee - no tissue - no wardrobe - no room phone, so it's hard to contact the receptionist - the breakfast menu only provides main meals (eg fried rice/fried noodles/scramble) and drinks (ice tea/juice) - the refrigerator is just a display, because the inside is dirty, and the color has changed to yellow brown - the tray used to deliver food to the room is dirty, broken, in my opinion it is no longer suitable for serving guests Hopefully there will be improvements from the management

The location is easy to reach, around the hotel there are several restaurants, especially grilled fish, the hotel staff are very friendly.

Directly to the beach & strategic location, large car park, swimming pool & can directly rent a boat to see dolphins in the morning, great.

The facilities are very inconsistent with the photos. The facilities are worse than the Oyo hotel. Hot water doesn't work, wifi only wants to connect when you first check in, and that can only be done in 1 room (I booked 2 rooms, the wifi next door was intermittent), at night until the next day the wifi didn't work at all. There is no closet to put clothes, no tissue in the room, only a toilet, shampoo, toothbrush, telephone and night light are also not there, unlike the photos.

Comfortable atmosphere, right on the beach, when you leave the room you will immediately find a beautiful view.

Good location for those who want to vacation in Lovina, unfortunately there is no hot water.

The cleanliness in the room is very lacking & the toilet is very disgusting, there are lots of live cockroaches 😭.

The walls of the room were peeling and moldy, not as I expected because I had stayed there before 😶. I didn't have time to take a photo because I just needed to stop by for a night's rest 🙏. Hopefully it can be fixed so it can be more comfortable like before 🙏.

The service is quite good, the hotel is nice, there is a swimming pool facing the beach, it's cool.

There were lots of ants in the room, the bathroom lights were dim, the room I stayed in didn't have a kettle or hot water

Staff was nice. No hygiene and less resources.

The hotel was good but the location so far away from central lovina. And there 's no restaurant or cafe. So we difficult to find lunch or dinner. Breakfast is already including there but not much variety. Maybe not much tourist come there mostly local. But it was good ambience.

The suite room is spacious, you can add an extra bed for 200k (2 EB). But there is no electric kettle & toothbrush. In the morning you can go on a dolphin tour, just pay 100k per lax.
